Surface Inflatable Target
The SIT is designed for ease of – unpack, inflate, deploy and recover.
SIT balloons feature with target practicing requirements.
Once the SIT is filled, the centre weight of the water holds the target upright and reduces the influence of wind helping the target holds station.
Surface targets made from vinyl film are relatively light weight, easily stored due to small deflated size, inflated from any powered air blower and deployed by just a few personnel.
Applications:
• Marine, Navy and Coast guard units: To maintain a state of readiness in target acquisition and gunnery skills.
